We believe in conducting our work in the most honest and transparent way. Understanding our client’s desired style and functional needs while staying focused on the schedule and budget are the focus of our builds. Our attention to detail is the foundational concept behind the successful conceptualization and the execution of our projects. Who We Are
Rose Design + Build was founded by an immigrant, female engineer. Ana Rose was born and raised in Brazil and came to the United States at age seventeen to pursue her dream of acquiring an higher education in America. Through hard work and dedication she graduated with honors from Georgia Tech with a Bachelors of Science in Mechanical Engineering. Ana has had a successful corporate career in construction and real estate, thriving in various roles in engineering, project management and technical sales.
After studying interior design, Ana started Ana Rose Design Studio in 2019. In 2021 Ana rebranded Ana Rose Design Studio to Rose Design + Build to encompass the construction emphasis of the business. Fully functioning as a design and builder, Rose Design + Build has had projects in AZ, TX, FL and NC focused on remodels and new construction custom homes. Whether they are working with their clients or developing their own projects, RDB utilizes their engineering foundation of problem solving and efficiency while delivering beautiful and innovative spaces in an effective and functional way.
